WorkingMoni does NOT:

• Originate or make loans
• Underwrite financing or assess creditworthiness
• Collect or service debt payments
• Act as a broker, financial institution, or investment advisor

All transaction terms including any funding, equity arrangements, or compensations are independently negotiated and executed directly between Participants.

4. Fees & Service Charges

WorkingMoni charges a platform service fee (typically 1%) on successful introductions facilitated through the Site.

This is a technology and service access fee only. All other terms of a transaction, including compensation arrangements between Participants, are outside the scope of WorkingMoni and are agreed upon independently.

5. Disclaimer — Equity & Securities

Some opportunities listed on the platform may involve equity partnerships or joint ventures. These may constitute securities under applicable laws.

WorkingMoni is NOT an investment advisor and does NOT provide legal, financial, or tax advice. We strongly recommend that users:

• Conduct their own due diligence
• Work with SEC-registered broker-dealers where applicable
• Consult qualified legal, financial, and tax professionals before entering into any agreements

6. Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and protect the confidentiality of your login details. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. User Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of WorkingMoni, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without express written permission.

By posting content, you grant WorkingMoni a non-exclusive license to display such content for the purposes of operating the platform.

8. Prohibited Use & Content

You agree not to use the Site to:
