In this role as a partner, you will generate new business opportunities, build relationships with investors and borrowers, and help expand WorkingMoni's presence in the real estate and lending markets. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a strong network in real estate, lending, or investment industries.

Important Note: We specialize in 1-4 Units Residential (NOO) & Commercial.

How You Earn: Platform Commission Split (Annual Volume Per ZIP Code)

• 20% on loan volume up to $99,999
• 25% on $100,000 – $249,999
• 30% on $250,000 – $499,999
• 35%+ on $500,000+ (custom bonuses available)

License Details

• One-Time License Fee: $500 – $1,000 per ZIP code (based on population and affluence)
• License Term: 5 years, with a 5-year renewal option
• Own Multiple ZIP Codes: Scale your earnings and business growth
• Sell or Transfer License: WorkingMoni holds the Right of First Refusal
